VoltNexis Studio provides web development, app development, database setup, and SEO optimization services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Project Terms

All projects require a signed contract and initial payment before work begins. Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and client feedback.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project contracts. Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Third-party components remain under their respective licenses.

6. Limitation of Liability

VoltNexis Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of completed work.
